Nigerian Consulate, New York, USA honors Nigerians at Town Hall

The Consulate General of Nigeria, New York, United States of America (USA), will on Saturday, April 24, 2021, honor some individuals and organizations that have rendered outstanding services to Nigeria and the Consulate during its TOWN HALL program with the Nigerian Community in the USA.

It is expected that the occasion will also be used to bid farewell to the outgoing Consul General, Ambassador Ben Okoyen who will, anytime from now, be resuming in Havana as Nigeria’s Ambassador to Cuba with concurrent accreditation to Bahamas, Honduras and Nicaragua.

The occasion is also to be used to introduce formally, the incoming Consul General to the Community and the general public.

The program, which is open to all, is billed to commence at 12:00 PM EST; 10:00 AM PST, 5:00 PM WAT.
